In order to register to make on-line payments, you MUST HAVE your coupon book in front of you in order to get the proper account information. If you do not have a coupon, please contact you property manager or Heidi Whistle at Unique Property Services and get this information.
It is very important that you enter the correct information when registering or your payments could be applied incorrectly, or not at all.
This service is being offered as a courtesy to our clients. The e-check service is free, but payments must be made at least four (4) days before the due date in order to be applied by the due date. E-checks received after the due date will be considered late. There is also an option to pay by credit card, however, there is a fee associated with this.
